Quoting Foolz:
Broken Age’s point and clicky-stuff is incredibly derivative and ranges in quality from bearably mediocre to painfully bad. I did love the cutlery too, though.

Memento is Nolan’s only “good” film.

Transistor’s art style is boring as fuck. Ugly doesn’t describe its shallow banality, but it’s not at all good. Polished steampunk turd.

Episodes: nope. Replays: of course.

Agee on all fronts. Surprised my cohost has played Broken Age... One of my favorite EB podcasts yet.

Memento is my all-time favourite movie. So yeah, not thrilled about a remake. I believe we talk about the gaming awards in Episode 70.

I didn't need a new gen...I need better AI, stronger narratives, and dynamic gameplay systems like "Nemesis" in Mordor....Are you guys going to talk about the gaming awards?

It's about time... You guys held it down with a deuce. I don't think the reboot craze is all about nostalgia; it's, as we have said before, making money. Much like the way P.Diddy recycled beats in the 90's, the songs were already chart toppers and he rewashed them for the late 70s and 80s babies with new artists. So, it's not just a fear to take a risk on a new and unproved IP, it's about maximizing financial profit by investing on something that made money already. Sequel driven? or Proven money maker?...Mement o was sort of a cult classic and an excellent movie. Now they can blow it up, set it in NYC, and put Jennifer Lawrence in it. It's sad...it explains the abundance of cape and CGI movies and a lack of new software on the current consoles.
